Christmas Morning
Despite the fact that they each had a bike waiting for them from Santa, the girls enthusiasm Christmas morning was mediocre. We actually had to wake Lindsay up and convince her to get out of bed. And poor Ella, fighting a cold and recovering from a stomach bug, mustered up what little energy she had to open presents. However, they both spent the rest of the week rediscovering their gifts and enjoying them. (If you are wondering why there's a "Happy Birthday" sign and balloons, my step-father's birthday is December 25.)
